Your information

When you register interest, koinā goods stores your email address and the time you agreed to receive launch updates and occasional brand news. We use this information to contact you about koinā.

We also record referral sources and campaign tags to understand how people find us. Arrival counts are aggregated by day and source. This tracking does not set cookies or store IP addresses, and counts visits rather than unique visitors. Your signup’s source is stored with your registration.

You can unsubscribe through the link in any update. To request removal before then, contact hello@koinagoods.com, who manages koinā goods.

Signup information is stored using our website hosting provider. When our mailing connection is enabled, your email address is also shared with Brevo to manage the mailing list, deliver emails and honour unsubscribe requests. We do not sell your email address. We retain it while you remain on the interest list; on removal, we may keep a minimal record needed to honour your unsubscribe request.
